Replacement of All Lower Teeth Using Implants This case shows one way in which implants can be utilized to replace many teeth. In this case, the lower remaining teeth were in poor condition. A full lower denture would have been very difficult for the patient to become accustomed to due to the lack of bone where the molars once were.
